We are searching for space in central Bangalore to house some activities of our playgroup and kindergarten. Please get in touch if you know of a space which fits the below requirements.

1. At most 4 km from Cubbon Park Metro Station e.g., Cunningham Rd, Infantry Rd, Vasanthnagar, Jayamahal Extn, Richmond Town, Lavelle Rd, Vittal Mallya Rd, UB City, Ulsoor.

2. At least 1000 sq ft of indoor area + at least 500 sq ft of outdoor area/terrace. A spacious garage space with access to 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and some outdoor area also works.

3. Must have a spacious kitchen (90 sq ft), at least 2 bathrooms and one big hall (at least 12 x 12ft).

4. Must have a lot of natural light (from windows and balconies).

5. Owner's consent to run a preschool and daycare in the space.

6. No construction work happening or about to happen close (~ 200m) to the space.

7. Independent bungalow preferred and residential area preferred. (These are not strict requirements.)
