Roobaroo is a school conceived with a mission to raise self-awareness and to deepen human relationships. We started with a playgroup program in October 2019. If you wish to join the playgroup or be a part of our journey to create the school, please get in touch.
Playgroup
To create a safe environment for toddlers to explore nature and grow up to be confident and creative children.
Vision
Roobaroo playgroup is a program for toddlers (ages 1 to 4 yrs) that aims to provide holistic development through nature connection and play-based learning. Children and parents meet three days a week, 2.5 hours per day in Cubbon Park (Bangalore) or nearby green spaces. Children spend all their time outdoors, exploring nature and engaging in a combination of guided activities and free play. The program is based on a research-backed educational philosophy and builds on the Waldorf method and forest school practices. It is created by a group of parents with a keen interest in Waldorf early childhood education and a huge passion for children and nature.
